Kamiak will advance to state again after its 4th year in a row of winning District 1 4A Swim and Dive.The Knights won with 688 total points with Marysville-Pilchuck coming in 2nd followed by Stanwood, Snohomish and Cascade for the top five spots. Fiona Weeks takes it easy at her second home on the dive board at kamiak. Fiona won districts, setting the new record for all of wesco district 1 then went on to take the state 4A championship on Saturday, 11.13.2010 held at the King County Aquatic Center.
